We decided that after a hard day of playing and weeding the garden (we all pitched in, even me!), we would make some home made noodles, sauce and meatballs. So we had some wide egg noodles, marinara sauce, and we used the holy triumvirate of meats (beef, veal and pork) for the meatballs. Three hours, from start to finish.

Wish I could have been there for this meal. Sometime soon, when I’m just swinging through Fargo, we’ll have to get together for some good old fashioned Italian food. Plus, I need to see your new kitchen.
Someone set some settings wrong. Stupid systems administrators… ahem. :-S
We followed it up with meatball sammiches. Yum.
