Rebecca made us a mess of Eggs Florentine, with a southern twist. There’s a bed of white grits, some chevre, collard greens sauteed in fat rendered from the sausages, and an egg to top it all off. Lecker!

Bathtub is gone
We’ve entered the next phase of the bathroom project. The over-sized 4×8′ bathtub has left the house.
