Rebecca and I spent most of the last two days in the bathroom trying to finish it up, and we’ve made some pretty good progress. After getting the plumbing set up and patching the resulting holes on Friday, I got the lights installed yesterday. While that was going on Rebecca applied texture to the areas that needed it first: behind the vanities and toilet. We got that painted this morning, and installed the toilet. This evening, we had enough texture done to install the vanities. That went off nearly without a hitch. I installed the glass tile backsplashes as a finishing touch.
Now all that’s left is finishing the backsplashes with grout and caulking around them. Paint the walls, and install the shower rod and curtain. Fertig!
