Eggs Florentine, Southern Style

Rebecca made us a mess of Eggs Florentine, with a southern twist. There’s a bed of white grits, some chevre, collard greens sauteed in fat rendered from the sausages, and an egg to top it all off. Lecker!

Gumbo

Gumbo, you know:
I gumbo; you gumbo; he, she, it gumbo; to gumbo, gumbology: the study of gumbo.
We had some okra, so Rebecca made some and we all gumboed.

Buns

We were going to call these rolls, but I thought they could use an expansion slit. Now they’re buns.
