All this heat and humidity have made the garden run wild! Only two of these are attached to each other, but it wouldn’t be the same without a head, thorax, and abdomen!
Rebecca made us a mess of Eggs Florentine, with a southern twist. There’s a bed of white grits, some chevre, collard greens sauteed in fat rendered from the sausages, and an egg to top it all off. Lecker!
