I finally wired up the Jacuzzi this afternoon. So there’s a little caulking left to do, and a light bulb has burnt out already, but everything is now fully functional. I made a quick walkthrough video to show it off, using my shaky hands and quick pans.

The shower’s in, the tub is in, and now we have a toilet. (We are in the south, eh?)
I also have the trim in all over the bathroom. We’ve still got some texturing, and I need to actually install the vanities.

I’ve gotten the last of the tile up on the walls. The idea on the surround was to put a double layer of 1/4″ hardiboard in, with our darker shade of tile surrounding it. I’d then add texture to the hardiboard insert using thin-set mortar. I had installed my kerdi waterproofing membrane on the wall …
