This is the finished project. The pavers are in, the plants planted, and the pine straw laid. Phew!

Rocks!
We got us about 4 cubic yards of river rock. We’re gonna spread it around miscellaneous parts of the yard. Maybe then it’ll look like the Red River of the North deposited a little something during the Spring flood?

Harvest
We have probably gotten all that we are going to get from our garden. Our tomatoes were a little late to ripen, but September was good to us, and we didn’t get a freeze. October has been fairly good, too. Maybe we won’t see a freeze for a while yet, and that will mean even …
