We think it’s probably an awful place for a conference, because most people probably want to enjoy the island(s), rather than the conference. We noticed that people increasingly felt less guilty about not going to the conference. Oh well, it was nice! On Friday, we went in with a fellow CS student and rented a car to tour Oahu.
